Top 2020 Ford models

In 2018, Ford sold 6 million of its vehicles; over the past few years, they’ve been consistent in these numbers, which means this auto brand is going strong.

Considering Ford Motor Company’s been around ever since 1903, this should be a testament to the quality they put into their cars. Because of this, you should consider purchasing a Ford as your next vehicle.

Are you curious about the up and coming Ford models for 2020? Then keep reading! We’ll tell you all about them in this article.

2020 Mustang Shelby GT500

If you’re like many other Americans, then you’re probably into muscle cars. The Mustang is a classic, and it’s easily recognizable when on the road.

The 2020 Mustang Shelby GT500 was first revealed in early 2019, and was slated for purchase at the end of this year. However, as of the moment of writing, Ford still hasn’t released it for sale yet.

This muscle car will start at around $70,000; throw in the destination fee (~$1,000) and gas tax (~$2,600), and the base price is actually in the ballpark of $74,000.

Naturally, muscle cars are more expensive than traditional sedans, so this price isn’t too shocking. But with the 2020 Mustang Shelby GT500, you can easily end up paying around $100,000. This is because you can get things like the Carbon Fiber Track Package, Technology Package, or the Handling Package.

In addition, you can customize the vehicle’s looks. For example, you can add vinyl stripes, painted stripes, and upgrade to Recaro seats.

This Mustang will be one of the most powerful ones yet. It has a 5.2 L supercharged V8 engine that’s capable of 760 HP and 625 pound-feet of torque. There’s also a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

With a top speed of 180 MPH and the ability to go a quarter-mile in under 11 seconds, this is definitely a beast of a car.

2021 Ford Bronco

The Ford Bronco was a wildly popular SUV that was only manufactured from 1965 until 1996. After 25 years of no production, Ford finally announced its revival in 2017.

While the Bronco will be available in 2020, the model is technically classed as a 2021 Ford Bronco. Not too much is currently known about this vehicle, except that it’s confirmed to make a comeback.

2020 Super Duty

This one’s for the pickup truck fans out there. The 2020 Super Duty is a powerful class of trucks that’s best-in-class for both hauling and towing capabilities.

Models for 2020 include the F-250, F-350, and F-450. And within these models, you’ll be able to choose between various trims.

While the Super Duty will still look as it did before, you’ll enjoy some new aesthetics, such as the grille, headlamps, fascia, colors, and trim inserts. You’ll also benefit from new interior materials.

The 2020 Super Duty gets its power from its amazing engines. Choose from either the 7.3 L gas V8 or the 6.7 L Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel engines. You can bet that these trucks are top-rated for gas and diesel power ratings.

Despite having such heavy-duty abilities, the Super Duty won’t be hefty at all. It uses military-grade aluminum-alloy for its body, which makes it much lighter than steel. However, it doesn’t compromise on strength at all.

This new body material also makes it more resistant to scratches, dings, and rust. As a result, your truck will look brand new for years to come.

New features for the upcoming year include powertrain and driver-assist technologies.

Depending on the model, trim, and upgrades you choose, a 2020 Ford Super Duty truck will cost you anywhere from $33,700 to over $90,000.

2020 Transit

The Transit is a must-have if you run a small business and have to drive around a lot; especially so if you have much cargo to transport as well. You can choose to get either a van or wagon, and there are both passenger and cargo models.

On all 2020 Transits, there’s the new intelligent all-wheel drive (AWD). This will make all your journeys safer and more secure.

With the van, you can seat up to 15 people. It comes standard with the Co-Pilot360, which has pre-collision assist and automatic emergency braking (AEB). You’ll enjoy 100.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the last row of seats with this vehicle.

As for the wagon, this seats up to 7 passengers. There are 3 rows of seating which you can fold down if you need more cargo space. The wagon also has forward and reverse sensing systems, as well as other driver-assist features you can add on.

With the cargo van, it also comes with Co-Pilot360 and forward and reverse sensing systems. For other driver-assist features, you can always add them on. The 2020 Transit cargo van has up to 127.4 cubic feet of cargo space behind the front seats, and up to 123.2 cubic feet of cargo space with the passenger seats folded down.

Prices

Prices for the 2020 Transit passenger van start at either around $40,000 or $42,000; this depends on if you get the XL or XLT passenger van.

For the passenger wagon, it starts at around $27,000, $29,000, or $32,200; the price depends on if you get the XL, XLT, or titanium wagon.

And for the cargo van, prices start at around $24,000 or $26,700; this will depend on if you choose the XL or XLT cargo van.
